KUWAN LED tactical flashlight delivers a powerful beam

The KUWAN LED tactical flashlight is a very powerful flashlight which delivers the maximum output of 3800 lumens and a beam throw distance of just over 1000 meters. The flashlight is however sold without any accessories and a buyer would therefore have to acquire batteries and a charger. The KUWAN is powered by three rechargeable 18650 3.7V Lithium Ion batteries. This very bright flashlight would be useful around the home during low light hours, however, the light would be of greater utility for the challenging outdoor activities of caving, hiking, hunting and security surveillance.

The KUWAN measures 225mm long and has a head diameter of 50mm. The flashlight weighs 410 grams without any batteries installed. The KUWAN is encased inside an aircraft-grade aluminum alloy which features an anti-slip design and heat sinks to alloy for cooling. The flashlight may become hot over time especially with the extended use in the maximum output. The KUWAN also features a hard anodized, anti-abrasive finish and a crenellated bezel which would come in handy during emergencies.

The flashlight utilizes three Cree XM-L T6 LEDs, a smooth aluminum reflector and a toughened, ultra-clear coated glass lens. The KUWAN produces five light modes: High 3800 lumens; Mid 1500 lumens; Low 300 lumens; Strobe 1500 lumens; SOS 3800 lumens. The flashlight is operated by multifunctional pushbutton switch in the taicap. Press the switch all the way down to turn on/off the light. Press and hold the switch to cycle through the various brightness levels or tap the switch to change modes. The KUWAN flashlight is definitely an item for the user who desires a very bright light but it is not compact so you cannot just slip it in your pocket and it can get hot when used for extended periods.
