The Linkax tactical LED flashlight kit comprises of a zoomable LED flashlight, three AAA batteries, AAA battery holder, 18650 battery sleeve and lanyard. The Linkax LED flashlight is an adjustable focus flashlight which can be powered by one rechargeable 18650 Lithium Ion battery or the three included AAA batteries. With the Linkax flashlight pack you get a ready-to-use light source which could be used for home surveillance and outdoor activities such as biking, camping, hiking, hunting and walking the dog.

The Linkax flashlight measures 14.5cm in length when compact and 16.5cm when fully extended to accommodate the zoom-in feature. The light weighs 138 grams without any batteries installed. The Linkax is constructed from an aerospace-grade aluminum alloy which features a removable “Attack” head which would be useful for breaking glass obstructions. The flashlight also features a hard anodized anti-abrasive Black finish. AAA batteries are to be fitted into the AAA battery holder or an 18650 battery into the plastic sleeve before insertion into the flashlight.

The flashlight utilizes a XML-T6 LED emitter, a metal reflector and an ultra-clear, convex glass lens. When powered by a fully charged 18650 battery the light produces a maximum output of 800 lumens and a beam throw distance of 200 meters. The Linkax produces five light modes: High; Mid; Low; Strobe; SOS.

The flashlight is very easy to operate using the green push-button switch in the tailcap. Press the switch ùntil a click is heard and the light will come on in High by default. With the flashlight turned on, tap the switch to cycle through the various brightness levels. Press the switch again and the light goes off. You can also cycle through the light modes by turning the Linkax on and off repeatedly. With the light turned on, slide the head forward with your thumb to zoom-in the flashlight beam to achieve a spotlight and the maximum beam throw. Slide the head back with the light turned on to zoom-out the flashlight beam and achieve a floodlight to illuminate the immediate area.
