While the friendly beam from your handheld flashlight may suffice for most low light scenarios, the powerful burst from a spotlight would be more appropriate to light up large areas. This light would definitely be an asset for cave explorers and search and rescue personnel.
The Wuudi spotlight produces a maximum output of 2400 lumens and a beam throw distance of 300 meters. The flashlight measures 7.5 inches long and has a height of 3.3 inches inclusive of the handle. The Wuudi weighs approximately one pound without any batteries installed. The spotlight is construed from an aerospace-grade aluminum alloy which features a gold finish. The light also features a stainless steel handle and an anodized, anti-abrasive finish.
The Wuudi flashlight utilizes three Cree T6 LED emitters in three separate housings in the head. The LEDs are surrounded by stainless steel rings which protect the core components from damage. The spotlight is powered by three rechargeable 18650 Lithium Ion batteries which are placed in a battery holder and inserted into the light. The battery pack can be recharged inside the light via a connection from the Micro-USB port in the handle to an external USB power supply. An LED indicator turns red when the light is charging and yellow when fully charged. A USB cord is included with the spotlight.
The Wuudi rechargeable spotlight produces three brightness levels, High, Low and Strobe.The light is operated by a rubber button located on the handle. Press the button to turn on the spotlight in High mode. Press the button to turn off the light and press it again to turn on in Low mode. Press the button for a few seconds to activate Strobe. The Wuudi flashlight package included three 18650 batteries, battery holder and USB cable.
