Flashlight Of The Day: Beegod Adjustable Focus Flashlight

The Beegod adjustable focus flashlight features a green dimmer ring around the head which allows a user to adjust the light beam from a spot to flood light by simply turning the ring to the left or right. The flashlight produces a maximum output of 800 lumens and a beam throw distance of 350 meters. The Beegod is certainly bright enough to adequately handle any low light emergency that may occur around the home or shop. The flashlight would also be a great companion when walking the dog at night and together with a bike mount would make a decent bike light.

The Beegod flashlight measures 5.30 inches long and has a head diameter of 1.38 inches. The flashlight weighs 3.8 ounces without any batteries installed. The light is constructed from an aerospace-grade aluminum alloy which features a crenellated bezel for use in emergencies and an anodized anti-abrasive finish. The Beegod utilizes a Cree XML T6 LED emitter, a metal reflector and a convex glass lens.

The flashlight can be powered by one rechargeable 18650 3.7V 3000mAh Lithium Ion battery or three AAA (NiMH/Alkaline) batteries. An 18650 battery and charger is included in the flashlight package. Maximum performance is achieved with the use of a fully charged 18650 battery. To avoid rattle in the light a plastic sleeve is included for use with the 18650 battery and a battery holder for use with AAA batteries

The Beegod flashlight is operated by a bright orange colored rubber switch located in the tailcap. Press the switch all the way down to turn on/off the flashlight. With the flashlight turned on, press the switch partway down to cycle through the following brightness levels; High, Mid, Low, Strobe and SOS. With the flashlight turned on you can adjust the flashlight beam by rotating the green dimmer ring around the head.
